Gov. Mitt Romney came in first place for GOP presidential candidates for the first quarter fundraising. The Romney juggernaut raked in $23 Million. This will send a loud message to the GOP field. Rudy pulled in $15 Million while the McCain numbers are expected to be released tomorrow, but his team has been downplaying expectations.
